Shipping and Questions

If you have any questions or concerns regarding an order or Nelea's Naturals, please email us at [email protected].

Please make sure that all shipping information is correct before submitting your final order. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information.

If the package is returned to us as non-deliverable we will issue store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. We can re-ship for a shipping fee of $6, payable to $Neleasnaturals via CashApp.

If you refuse any shipments from Nelea’s Naturals, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service.  Nelea’s Naturals is not responsible for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

All shipments receive tracking-numbers and are mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once orders are shipped and tracking numbers are issued via email, Nelea’s Naturals is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages (including labels not scanned by USPS).

When will my order ship?

Please note that at this time, Nelea’s Naturals is run by one person. We make our products in small batches and will be posted to ship based on availability. Orders are posted to ship after payment is authorized and processed. Allow up to 5 business days for your order to be posted and a tracking number to emailed to you. If we need to make a new batch for your order, we will notify you via email. In this case, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be posted. Thank you in advance for your patience and support.

If you need your order sooner, please email us at [email protected]. Place "RUSH ORDER" in the subject line of the email. Additional fees will apply. Rush orders are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to honor your requests.

How do I check the status of my order?

Email us at [email protected] and allow up to 2 business days for a response. We’re more than happy to answer any and all questions.

Do you issue refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not and all sales are final. However, if you are experiencing an issue, please contact us and we’d love to see how we can help you.

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after your purchase for a full refund. Please send an email to us with the subject, “CANCEL [your order number].”

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

At this time, we only ship to the United States. We are working on growing to ship internationally.
